Rules:       Watch the premiere of Nashville on October 10 on ABC-6.  Go to YourBigSky.com, click on the ABC Fall Premiere icon and answer a few questions about the programs.  Completed entries will be entered in a drawing to win an ABC Fall Premiere Basket.  Winners will be drawn Thursday October 11 at 9AM and announced multiple times on the Planet 106.7 between 9AM and 10AM.  Winners will also be posted on YourBigSky.com.

Registration opens Sunday, September 30 at 9AM and closes Thursday, October 11 at 6AM.

Participants must be at least 16 years of age. 

Participants agree to the use of their name for unlimited display on our website YourBigSky.com and/or KSVI-TV and KHMT-TV and their respective parent companies Nexstar Broadcasting, Inc. and Mission Broadcasting, Inc. without compensation. 

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of entries submitted.

The promotion is open to US residents residing within the KSVI/KHMT DMA except employees of KSVI/KHMT, YourBigSky.com, Nexstar Broadcasting, Inc., Mission Broadcasting, Inc. (collectively, the "Stations"), employees of other television and radio Stations in the KSVI/KHMT DMA, the affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies (if any) of all of the foregoing, and members of the families or persons living in the same household of all of the foregoing.

By participating in the promotion, all participants, including winners, agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to the Contest, without any further compensation from the Stations, YourBigSky.com or participating businesses.  Winners agree to sign a publicity release, affidavit of eligibility and release of liability prior to receipt of the prize.  By accepting the prize, each winner grants to Stations, YourBigSky.com and any sponsors the right to use the winner's name, voice, picture and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and publicity in any and all media now known or hereafter invented, without further permission or additional compensation (except where prohibited by law). 

By entering any contest, you agree to be contacted by phone or email. 

Each winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9, as requested. Winner will be required to provide a valid Social Security Number and a copy of a current government-issued photo identification in such form as requested by the YourBigSky.com, and will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability release form before the prize may be claimed.

All expenses on receipt and use of prize are the sole responsibility of winner.  Winner by acceptance of their prize, releases YourBigSky.com, its advertising, promotion and production agencies and the respective parents and subsidiaries, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of the foregoing from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in directly or indirectly in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any Contest or prize-related activity.

YourBigSky.com, sponsors and participating businesses reserve the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

YourBigSky.com is not responsible for technical or computer failures, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable Internet connections, failed, incomplete, garbled or deleted computer or network transmissions, inability to access any Web site or on-line service, any other error or malfunction, late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries, acts of god or man, natural disasters or for printing errors in any advertisement, entry form or the rules.
