Nestled below the "Rim Rocks" of the Plains of Eastern Montana in the heart of the real "Old West," Todd's Plantation, "Gourmet Coffee Roasters" was established in early 1990 and was the first in-house, small batch roaster in Billings. Beartooth Coffee Roasters purchased Todd's in 2004.Billings is the home to Montana State University Billings and the famed Rocky Mountain College.
Every batch of coffee is roasted with loving care, not computers, in a gas fired Probat Roaster from Germany. The German Probat Roaster produces a more evenly roasted bean than the less expensive, high volume hot air roasters used by some.
Beartooth Coffee Roasters, "Gourmet Coffee Roasters" proudly offers only the finest Arabica Beans imported from all around the world. We firmly believe our roasting in small batches, with special attention and care produces the highest quality and freshest coffees.
