We have been in existence for over 70 years. However, when then company was established it was called Benjamin Memorial Sales. A number of years later the name was changed to the current name Brookstone Monument Co. There have been a few different locations over the years and we recently moved to our new location at 249 Moore Lane. Our hours are 8:30 AM to 5 PM Monday to Friday. Open Saturdays by appointment.

First the stone color, size and style will need to be chosen. The customer will then choose design. We have design books with many design choices. From the customer’s information and design choices we make a computerized design which gets sent to the customer for approval. At this point we can make corrections to the design if the customer wishes. Once we have an approved design the stencil is cut and applied to the stone and the stone is sandblasted. Concrete work is done either at our shop or at the cemetery and the headstone is installed in the cemetery to complete the customers order.

You will find friendly service, unique and traditional design, quality workmanship.  We work very hard at meeting a quoted time frame for the job to be completed.  When a customer comes to our store, prices that appear on the stones reflect:  Sandblasting, names dates, design and installing in the cemetery, Extra charges to a headstone would be cemetery permits, if they apply, vases, additional design added to the back of the headstone.  Also, death date inscriptions needed once the stone has been installed in the cemetery.  We can also blast signs, address markers and pet markers.  We can also sandblast metal objects at an hourly rate.
