We schedule (10) 1-hour classes per day by appointment. We service 5-15 women per class, and the center hours are typically Monday - Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday 8:30 a.m. to6:00 p.m., and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
