1. TO ENTER: No purchase or payment is necessary to win.  Register at one of the dealerships listed on YourBigSky.com on the Car Lot page.   Participants must be at least 18 years of age to enter.  Winner must be able to verify identity to claim prize. The winner will be drawn from the combined registrations from all locations.  Participants may enter as many times as they like. 
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Car Lot Give Away Contest is open to applicants who are 18 years or older, possess a valid driver's license and who reside in The ABC 6/FOX 4 Total Viewing Area. Employees and immediate family members of Nexstar Broadcasting, Inc., Mission Broadcasting, Inc., the Contest's participating sponsors and their advertising agencies and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win.  The term "immediate family" includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as "in-laws," or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related. 
3. ODDS: The odds of winning depend on the number of entries submitted.
4. PRIZES AND NOTIFICATION: The winner will be drawn on September 30, 2008 under the supervision of the management of ABC-6, FOX-4 and Comtech Audio Theater.  The prize awarded is a 42” LG Flat screen plasma HDTV with 5.1 Paradigm Surround Sound speaker system (5 speaker + sub), Harmon Kardon 347 Home Theater/Audio Receiver, Harmon Kardon 38 up converting DVD Player, 2 standard length HDMI cords and components cords and surge protector, and 2 hours of labor.   (Approximate value: $ 3,500.00) Sponsors will notify winner by phone or in person at their discretion.  The prize winner must be able to verify identity to claim prize.
5. Contest winner is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Winner may waive their right to receive a prize. No cash or other substitution is allowed, and prizes are nontransferable. All prizes claimed will be awarded. Winner must sign an acceptance of prize and release of all claims form.  All qualifiers and winners agree to release KSVI-TV, KHMT-TV, Nexstar Broadcasting, Inc., Mission Broadcasting, Inc., Comtech Audio Theater and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional or judging agencies from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses of any kind to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while traveling to, preparing for and/or participating in any prize-related activity. 
6. The Car Lot Giveaway is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation in the Contest constitutes an agreement by each entrant to comply with these Official Contest Rules. Failure to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules may result in a winner's disqualification and the award of his or her prize to an alternate winner.
7. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and the sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Montana, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Montana.
8. Sponsors will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent textual errors in these Official Rules or in other contest materials.
