    Since we do have so many services to offer, I believe that the best way for potential customers to receive this information is to give us a call or visit our website. Although,  the two main services that we will be offering in the Montana serving areas are Wireless Broadband Internet and VONtel Broadband Telephone. Those prices are below.

          Residential-     $39.95 w/ 1 yr. contract

    Do I have to pay for any equipment?

    Unlike other providers who require that you buy the equipment, TCT loans it to you on a free lease basis. You keep the equipment as long as you have our service. If you choose to disconnect, we remove the equipment from the premise.

     

    How long does installation take?
    It usually takes approximately two hours for our technicians to install the antenna and wiring for your computer equipment. We allow up to five hours of labor for the initial installation.

     

    What does my computer need?
    An Ethernet card is required for Wireless Broadband Internet. Most new computers are sold with one already installed. If you don’t have one, you can purchase a card from TCT for $1400. Customers are responsible for installing the Ethernet card in their computer.

     

    How many email addresses can I have? 
    Five email addresses are offered with your service at no charge. TCT charges $500/mo. for additional blocks of five email addresses.

     

    What kind of technical support is included?
    We have friendly, professional support technicians available to you from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm, seven days a week (including weekends & holidays)!

  • FAQ- VONtel Broadband Telephone 
    How does VONtel work?

    An ATA (Analog Telephone Adapter), which can be purchased from TCT, is used to connect your telephone to your high-speed Internet connection. Your ATA will be sent to you with complete installation instructions.

     

    What long distance calling is included?

    VONtel allows you to make unlimited local and long distance calls within the 50 United States. (International & operator-assisted calls, as well as directory assistance calls can be placed using VONtel for an additional fee.)

     

    What will my telephone number be?

    TCT will provide you with a local telephone number or you can keep your existing number.*

    Do any telephone options come with VONtel?

    TCT offers Caller ID and Voice Mail calling features with your VONtel service at no additional charge.

     

    How do I get connected?

    Call one of our friendly customer service representatives to inquire about how easy it is to get our VONtel service. A high-speed Internet connection and an analog telephone adapter (ATA) is all that is required!

     

    Can I take my VONtel on vacation with me?

    Take your ATA unit on the road with you and plug it into a high-speed connection at your hotel or your relative’s house and your phone number is right there with you! You can keep in contact with friends and family just like you were at home. We’ve even had customers take their ATAs to foreign countries and call home with no problem!

    Please keep in mind that when we program your ATA, we program it to send your 911 calls to your local 911 call center. If you take your ATA on the road with you and dial 911, it will still be sent to your local 911 dispatcher.
