How to Enter: Contest begins at 9:00 AM (MT), Monday, June 11, 2012 and ends at 9:00 AM (MT), Monday, June 25, 2012. To enter, log on to YourBigSky.com and click on the Kentucky Headhunters Giveaway Icon on the home page. Fill out the entry form in its entirety. All registrants will be entered into a drawing for a pair of Kentucky Headhunters tickets for the Thursday, June 28 concert at Mannys, 4241 Kari Lane, Billings, MT. Entry is limited to one per person per IP address. More than one entry or an incomplete entry form results in disqualification. No purchase is necessary to enter this promotion.
Winner Selection: Registrants will be entered into a drawing to win a pair of tickets. Four winners will be drawn on Monday, June 25, 2012 at 9:00 (MT) and winners will be posted on the YourBigSky.com's Kentucky Headhunters Giveaway page.
Eligibility: This promotion is open to legal residents within the KSVI/KHMT DMA whom are 16 years of age or older. Participants are ineligible if they, or any member of their immediate family and/or anyone living in their household, are an employee, officer, director, agent and/or representative of KHMT-TV, KSVI-TV, YourBigSky.com, Nexstar Broadcasting, Inc., Mission Broadcasting, Inc. (collectively, the "Stations"), employees of other television and radio stations, or advertising or promotion agencies (if any) of all of the foregoing.
Odds: The odds of winning depend on number entries received.
Notification: The winners will be drawn and notified by phone or email on Monday, June 25, 10:00 AM (MT). Tickets can be claimed at ABC 6-FOX 4, 445 South 24th Street West, Billings, MT. Tickets not claimed by Thursday,June 25 at 10 AM (MT) will be returned to prize inventory. Call Pat King for questions (406)869-3856.

Each winner is responsible for all federal, state or applicable taxes in connection with the receipt of prizes. Winners will be required to complete an IRS form W-9, as requested, at time of prize pickup. Winners may be asked to provide an official photo ID (Montana Driver's License, Official State ID, or Military ID) to verify age and residency and sign waiver/agreement forms before the prize may be claimed. If the winner/s is asked to, and declines to provide adequate verification, then he or she forfeits winning and another drawing will be held to determine a winner. If the selected winner/s does not meet official rules and regulations, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Upon forfeiture, no compensation will be given.
All expenses on receipt and use of prize are the sole responsibility of winner. Winner, by acceptance of their prize, releases Stations, sponsors, YourBigSky.com, its advertising, promotion and production agencies and the respective parents and subsidiaries, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of the foregoing from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in directly or indirectly in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any Contest or prize-related activity.
