Number of Prizes: 32 Pairs
Rules:
Go to YourBigSky.com and click on the Oliver icon to register to win a pair of tickets to a performance of Oliver. Performances run from November 18 through December 18, 2011. Winner may choose any performance of Oliver at the discretion of the theater.
Week 1 Registration opens Tuesday, November 15, 9AM and closes Thursday, November 17, 4PM. 4 Week 1 winners will be drawn on Friday, November 18, 9AM.
Week 2 Registration opens Monday, November 21, 9AM and closes Thursday, November 24, 4PM. 4 Week 1 winners will be drawn on Friday, November 25, 9AM.
Only those who register during Week 2 will be eligible for the Week 2 drawing (i.e., there is no carry over of eligibility for Week 1 registrants).
Week 3 Registration opens Monday, November 28, 9AM and closes Thursday, December 1, 4PM. 4 Week 1 winners will be drawn on Friday, December 2, 9AM.
Only those who register during Week 3 will be eligible for the Week 3 drawing (i.e., there is no carry over of eligibility for Week 1 and Week 2 registrants).
Week 4 Registration opens Monday, December 5, 9AM and closes Thursday, December 8, 4PM. 4 Week 1 winners will be drawn on Friday, December 9, 9AM. Only those who register during Week 4 will be eligible for the Week 2 drawing (i.e., there is no carry over of eligibility for Week 1, Week 2 or Week 3 registrants).
You may register once per day, but no entrant may win more than one pair of tickets per household for the entire promotion.
No purchase is necessary to enter this promotion.
Entrants must be at least 16 years of age.
The promotion is open to US residents residing within the KSVI/KHMT DMA except employees of KSVI/KHMT, YourBigSky.com, Nexstar Broadcasting, Inc., Mission Broadcasting, Inc. (collectively, the "Stations"), employees of other television and radio Stations in the KSVI/KHMT DMA, the affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies (if any) of all of the foregoing, and members of the families or persons living in the same household of all of the foregoing.
Drawing:
Four winners will be drawn each Friday on November 18, 25, December 2, and December 9 at 9AM. Winners will be posted on the YourBigSky.com. Contact Pat King to choose preferred performance of Oliver winner would like to attend. Seat availability dependent upon the discretion of the theater.
Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of entries submitted.
By participating in the promotion, all participants, including winners, agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to the Contest, without any further compensation from the Stations, YourBigSky.com or participating businesses. Winners agree to sign a publicity release, affidavit of eligibility and release of liability prior to receipt of the prize. By accepting the prize, each winner grants to Stations, YourBigSky.com and any sponsors the right to use the winner's name, voice, picture and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and publicity in any and all media now known or hereafter invented, without further permission or additional compensation (except where prohibited by law).

Tickets will be made available at Venture Theater, 2317 Montana Avenue at will call night of performance.
Each winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9, as requested. Winner will be required to provide a valid Social Security Number and a copy of a current government-issued photo identification in such form as requested by the YourBigSky.com, and will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability release form before the prize may be claimed.
All expenses on receipt and use of prize are the sole responsibility of winner. Winner by acceptance of their prize, releases YourBigSky.com, its advertising, promotion and production agencies and the respective parents and subsidiaries, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of the foregoing from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in directly or indirectly in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any Contest or prize-related activity.
