Rules:

Go to YourBigSky.com and click on the Red Neck Nationals icon or the Contests/Promotions tab to register to win a pair of tickets to the Red Neck Nationals on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at 7:30PM at the Rimrock Auto Arena at the Billings Metra. Ten winners will be drawn on Wednesday, January 9, 2013. Five winners will receive a pair of general admission tickets and five winners will receive a pair of VIP tickets.

Registration opens Monday, December 31, 2012 at 9:00 AM and closes on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at 8:00 AM. Winners will be drawn on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at 9:00 AM and posted on YourBigSky.com.

You may register once per day, but no entrant may win more than one prize per household for the entire promotion. No purchase is necessary to enter this promotion.

Entrants must be at least 16 years of age.

The promotion is open to US residents residing within the KSVI/KHMT DMA except employees of KSVI/KHMT, YourBigSky.com, Nexstar Broadcasting, Inc., Mission Broadcasting, Inc. (collectively, the "Stations"), employees of other television and radio Stations in the KSVI/KHMT DMA, the affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies (if any) of all of the foregoing, and members of the families or persons living in the same household of all of the foregoing.

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of entries submitted.

By participating in the promotion, all participants, including winners, agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to the Contest, without any further compensation from the Stations, YourBigSky.com or participating businesses. Winners agree to sign a publicity release, affidavit of eligibility and release of liability prior to receipt of the prize. By accepting the prize, each winner grants to Stations, YourBigSky.com and any sponsors the right to use the winner's name, voice, picture and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and publicity in any and all media now known or hereafter invented, without further permission or additional compensation (except where prohibited by law).

By entering any contest, you agree to be contacted by phone or email.

Winners will be required to provide photo identification to claim their prize.

Tickets can be claimed at KSVI ABC 6/KHMT FOX 4 at 445 South 24^th Street West between regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8A-5P. Tickets not claimed by Friday, January 11, 2013 will be returned to prize inventory.

Each winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9, as requested. Winner will be required to provide a valid Social Security Number and a copy of a current government-issued photo identification in such form as requested by YourBigSky.com and will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability release form before the prize may be claimed.

All expense on receipt and use of prize are the sole responsibility of winner. Winner by acceptance of their prize, releases YourBigSky.com, it's advertising, promotion and production agencies and the respective parents and subsidiaries, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of the foregoing from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in directly or indirectly in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any contest or prize-related activity.

YourBigSky.com, sponsors and participating businesses reserve the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

YourBigSky.com and its affiliates reserve the right to use any and all information related to the contest, including information on contestants obtained through the Contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.

Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of YourBigSky.com is strictly prohibited.

YourBigSky.com is not responsible for technical or computer failures, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable Internet connections, failed, incomplete, garbled or deleted computer or network transmissions, inability to access any Web site or on-line service, any other error or malfunction, late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries, acts of God or man, natural disasters or for printing errors in any advertisement, entry form or the rules.
