Liquor Law Passes in Doniphan Co. Kan.

(DONIPHAN CO., Kan.) Voters in Doniphan County, Kan. have passed a new liquor law. 

The new law, which passed with 63-percent of the vote, will now allow restaurants to sell liquor by the drink as long as its 30-percent of its sales come from food. 

It passed with 2,072 votes.
